The Tampa Bay IAHSP™ Regional Chapter (TBIRC) is a division of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP). The chapter was founded to foster growth and professional business standards, promote ethics, and provide networking among Stagers working with Real Estate Agents and sellers in preparing homes for sale in the Tampa Bay area. Through our efforts, we hope to elevate the professionalism of Home Staging and work to continually expand the quality of services provided to our clients.

MEMBERSHIP:
To become a member of TBIRC, you must be a member in good standing with the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), a licensed business owner in the Tampa Bay Area, and an ASP™ or ASPM™ Stager/Real Estate Agent designation. All Stager members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct.
